DMD

Dr Christopher Barney was raised in Taylorsville, Utah.  He attended Utah State University and continued at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon where he received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).  He was commissioned in the U. S. Navy and completed a AEGD (Advanced Educational General Dentistry) residency and Navy Exodontia ACP (Advanced Clinical Program) while rotating U.S. Naval base San Diego and Balboa Naval Hospital.   Dr Barney was then assigned to Branch Dental Clinic in Fallon, Nevada which is the current home of the Navy’s TOPGUN flight program.  After completing his commitment with the U. S. Navy, Dr Barney moved to Mesa, AZ and began private practice at Arizona’s Tooth Doctor for Kids.

Dr Barney and his wife Nicole have three children and currently have 5 grandchildren.  He enjoys reading, sports, church service, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his grandkids!
